Over the last six years, I have been working and refining my I-T-O (Input, Throughput, Output) coaching methodology through workshops, 1-on-1 sessions, and group coaching.

I believe that actively helping people find answers to these questions will not only reduce anxiety, depression, and hopelessness but will also energise and motivate them to make a positive difference.

Transformational Coaching
While performance coaching is connected to what you do, transformational coaching is connected to who you are. Have you ever wondered why you do the things you do, why you said what you just said or why you lost your temper? Despite your good intentions of trying to change, you seem to remain in the same cycles that don’t represent who you want to be. Transformational coaching searches for the root of the symptom. It enables you to create fundamental shifts in your being through transforming the way of think, feel and behave in relation to others. Transformational coaching is about breaking free from vicious cycles that manifest in several ways, including stress, anxiety, emotional eating, self condemnation, fear, bad habits and destructive relational patterns.
Performance coaching
Performance coaching is getting you from your current position to an intended destination. Moving from point A to B. It is about first establishing where you are and then where you would like to be. The coaching process involves creating a plan of action and appropriate support to achieve your desired goal.
Relationship & Marriage Coaching
Relationship & Marriage Coaching is the application of coaching to personal and business relationships. This particular arena is where life can get messy for many people. We all would like to have picture perfect, harmonious relationships all round, but in reality this is not always the case. Relationship coaching includes; couples coaching, family coaching and business relationship coaching. It has the potential to help save your marriage, connect with your kids, help you deal with clients, suppliers, colleagues and managers and give your social life a boost

Coaching begins with a discovery session which is an assessment of your current reality, followed by a discussion of how I can help you. Coaching is a journey as opposed to an event and our discussion will involve what that journey might look like for your particular circumstances.
