Ever since technology has enabled us to work around the clock, separating the traditional boundaries between work and personal life has become a blurry affair. Experts agree that the compounding stress from the never-ending workday is damaging. It can hurt relationships, health and overall happiness.
We go through life either by design or by default. Living by default is a recipe for mediocrity that will result in a life that is no more than average. In contrast, living by design means living according to a plan. ‘The B-Plan: Work/Life Design’ is a workshop designed to give you the tools to navigate through the often choppy waters of a work/life balance.
Let's define what work-life balance is not.
Work-Life Balance does not mean an equal balance. It is not so much a question of balance between work and life as an overall sense of balance across the different aspects of your life.
There is no perfect, one-size fits all, balance you should be striving for. The best work-life balance is different for each of us because we all have different priorities and different lives. Balance depends on where you’re at in your life, because different things are more important at different stages in life.
This is a full day workshop or, if time is a factor, you can choose the 4hr fast-track.
